hp-dx700-jvc-headsetKeep a look out for this all new headphone with a contemporary look – the HP-DX700. JVC will be launching this high end model sometime in February for your listening pleasure. Apparently this model will be more affordable in comparison to its predecessor – the HP-DX1000 which retails for more than $1000. Well what difference does a wooden housing give to the headphone’s performance?

Actually with a wooden housing, the headphone’s sound will be much more natural. We don’t have much information on the specifications yet other than the fact that the headset operates between 5Hz and 30KHz bandwidth at 64Ω / 101dB/mW. That doesn’t tell you much and we’ll provide you with more information when we get hold of it.
