Legendary Yahoo phone killed before launch?

Submitted by newgadgetsguru on February 2, 2009 – 7:28 pm2 Comments

The Yahoo phone was supposed to be a collaboration with Motorola and AT&T. Both Motorola and AT&T did not comment on this news. A Yahoo flack issued a non-denial denial, flatly insisting that the news “has no basis in fact” and then declining to answer further questions about the phone project. As for the firings, she said she had no knowledge of any firings or staff departures.

Just because her daughter didn’t like it! That’s a strange way to do business if in fact that really happened.
